Min Hours: 2 hours weekly

 

Tasks:

We are looking for a passionate volunteer to join our team.

Main tasks:
To identify potential grants for CNN, aligned with their work and strategic plan
To liaise with CNN team regarding grant applications
To complete applications prior to grant deadlines
To file all grant applications on our shared Google Drive
To work within a team of grant writers.

What's Required

Strong written and communication skills & experience in grant writing desired.
As a part of the CNN team, the role involves being part of a communication system such as emails, Facebook group or WhatsApp group.
To respond to emails from the team and to respond quickly within 2-3 days to any emails.

Cork Nature Network is a Registered Company Limited by Guarantee. It’s a not-for-profit organisation. It was established in 2015 by an experienced and enthusiastic team. It is wholly run by volunteers.

The aim of Cork Nature Network is to benefit the community of Cork by promoting and encouraging the conservation of wildlife and habitats in Cork City and County by educating and increasing the awareness of the need for conservation.
