Requirements:Interest and ability to teach guitar
We are looking for a someone or some"two" to come and give guitar lessons to young people in our Dun Laoghaire youth service for 8 sessions over 8 weeks (guitars included!)
Is training provided?: Yes
Please note that Garda Vetting is required for this position.
Tasks that the volunteer(s) will be expected to undertake:
To provide basic guitar knowledge to a small group of young people or 1to1 (guitars available onsite)
To plan sessions based on young person’s level and at their pace.
To enjoy yourself and have fun with the young people!
Skills required for this role:
Interest and ability to teach guitar
Outgoing, positive, flexible and enthusiastic.
Details of time commitment needed for role:
Tues or Thursday 3-5 for 4-8 weeks
Minimum time commitment per week:
2 hour p/week
