Requirements:Ideally we would like someone who has an interest in running/athletics and the ability to run with the participants. A qualification in a


Volunteers are needed to take people running to train for the Cork Sports Partnership “Run a mile” event on Friday October 18th.

Ideally the volunteers will be available on the day to run alongside the person they have trained. 


Training will commence on Friday September 13th and will continue every Friday morning until Friday October 11th. 

Training sessions will be held at the track in CIT or at the Spraoi Centre at Cope Foundation in Montenotte, so you can choose the venue which suits you.

Approx. times are 11 to 12 in CIT and 12 to 1 in Spraoi.

Please note that Garda Vetting is required for this position.

Minimum time commitment per week:
1 hour p/week
