Description

Enactus UL is part of the larger Enactus Ireland network. It is a university programme that encourages students to engage in social entrepreneurial activity. It is using the skills and knowledge that has been built up in University and applying it to problems in the local community. It is about making a difference.

The Enactus organisation is supported by a list of Company partners; KPMG, Bank of Ireland, Enterprise Rent a Car, Musgraves, to name but a few. There are LOADS of opportunities to network with people from all the partner companies. 

Each year there is a National Competition. The winners of this get to represent Ireland at the Enactus World Cup. Whether win or lose, a couple students from each University get to attend the World Cup as the Irish Supporting Team. Enactus UL students have travelled to Mexico and Beijing thanks to being involved with the organisation. Last year's World Cup was held in London and we are looking forward to seeing the Enactus World Cup head to the Silicon Valley, San Jose in 2018.
