Requirements:Interest in working with young people aged 10-18 years and reading books.
Foróige supports some 530 volunteer led youth groups around the country. Foróige works with all young people through our general services. Foróige Clubs, Foróige Juniors, Foróige Interest Clubs, Online Clubs, Foróige Youth Cafés encourage young people to take responsibility for themselves and to be part of shaping the world around them while developing their talents, skills and abilities. We also work with vulnerable young people who require additional support through a full range of targeted services.
Foróige are hoping to increase further opportunities for the young people aged between 10-18 years in County Limerick by developing the number of Foróige clubs and special interest groups in the region.

Details of time commitment needed for role:
The time commitment is 1.5 hours a month. The time commitment can be set by the team of Volunteer Leaders involved to suit their own availability and that of the young people.
It is likely to be evening time during the week or anytime at the weekend.
Foróige have a youth space in Newcastle West that can be utilised.
Minimum time commitment per week:
1 hour p/week
