The Oesophageal Cancer Fund
The Oesophageal Cancer Fund (OCF) Is a fully registered compliant charity set up in 2001 to raise awareness of oesophageal cancer in Ireland. It is an Independent charity that has grown to nationwide proportions thanks to the efforts of our amazing volunteers.
Lollipop Day is the Oesophageal Cancer Fund's national annual fundraising drive. On these 2 days our Lollipop Day volunteers, young and old alike, take to the streets all over Ireland to sell lollipops and help educate the public about the symptoms of oesophageal cancer. The pink lollipop is our emblem and highlights the most common symptom of suspicion of oesophageal cancer - difficulty swallowing
We are looking for Volunteers on Friday 1st and Saturday 2nd March 2019 to help us with our collections.

Tasks that the volunteer(s) will be expected to undertake:
The volunteer will be required to sell Lollipops and pins to the general public for €2 each, helping raise vital funds and awareness of oesophageal cancer.
Skills required for this role:
Friendly and cheerful!
Minimum time commitment per week:
2 hour p/week
