About Us:

Description

Hi all,

We’re Fionn and Jake, third year Sports Science and Health students at TU Dublin Tallaght and your Movember Student Ambassadors for 2025.

Last year, 12 of us ran 60km each as the Mo-Farahs, raising just over €4,700 for men’s health and earning a nomination at the Movember Ireland Awards.

Off the back of that success, we’re now leading the charge university-wide and we need as many student groups to get involved.

Movember at TU Dublin is all about raising awareness, funds, and energy around men’s mental health, suicide prevention, and more. Clubs and societies like yours play a massive role. Whether it’s running events, promoting the cause, or rallying your members to participate, your involvement makes the difference.

How to get started:

Make up a team - Create a Mo-Space for your team on the Movember platform.
Join and link your Mo-Space to the main TU Dublin team.
Choose how you want to campaign:
Grow a Mo
Move for Mental Health (e.g. 60km challenge)
Host a Mo-ment (host an event)
Mo Your Own Way.

To wrap things up, for our personal challenge we’re planning a half marathon across all three TU Dublin campuses, Blanchardstown to City and finally to Tallaght to bring the whole university together.

We’d love students to support us on the day or even join us for part of the run, whether it’s around your campus or in a way that works for you.

Interested? Just press APPLY and we'll get back in touch.

Let’s make this Movember one to remember.

  • Grow a Mo
