Tasks:
The Sligo Chess and Culture Festival 2026 will be held at the Diamond Coast Hotel in Enniscrone, January 30th - February 8th.
We are looking for three concurrent volunteers on the two weekends but happy for Volunteers to do one weekend.
(30/1-1/2 and 7/2-8/2).
Duties Collect and verify results as games finish. Help the players as games finish their game. Other duties like sitting at a table near the entrance to ensure players don't leave during their games and moving name cards around between rounds.
Tasks that the volunteer(s) will be expected to undertake:
Held at Diamond Coast Hotel, Enniscrone
Business Casual Attire
Ability to commit to both weekends if possible but one weekend would also be fine.
Dates required; 30/1 - 6:00pm-10:00pm
31/1 - 9:00am-1:00pm and 2:30pm-6:30pm
1/2 - 9:00am-1:00pm and 2:30pm-6:30pm
7/2 - 9:00am-1:00pm
8/2 - 9:00am-2:00pm
