Community Call

We wanted to bring to your attention to The Community Call - that's happening in your area (contact details of your area team are listed below, just scroll). Please spread the word about The Community Call to your family, friends and neighbours who may not be aware there is a team in your area. Your Community Call team may also need volunteers with particular skills sets (e.g  IT skills, social media, drivers etc). If you can help out please do make contact with the team in your area. If you do volunteer please record your contribution on ww.studentvolunteer.ie/ul (scroll down for instruction). 

   

 

Community Call - is a national volunteer response to Covid-19 in your local area. (Listed below are contact details for your local area)

Help out in your local area if you have the time.

Here's what to do:

1.   Think about the support and skills you can offer.
2.   Spread the word to friends and neighbours that might need help.
3.   Get recognised for your contribution through the PVA by doing the following: 
     A) Create your dashboard on www.studentvolunteer.ie/UL 
     B) Make one volunteer entry (called Covid19) on the ad-hoc section on www.studentvolunteer.ie.

          (Entry details should include the town/county where volunteered, type of volunteering and number of hours). 
4. The PVA team will be in contact with all COVID19 volunteers that logged their details on www.studentvolunteer.ie.
5. Any questions please email pva@ul.ie and/or above.
