Eva International Gallery Invigilation

Tasks to be undertaken:

  • Engaging with visitors; answering questions, providing orientation at the different venues.
  • Aiding in security and safety of the exhibition’s spaces and artworks.
  • Assisting in setting up/clearing of rooms; stalls; tables; chairs and other equipment.
  • Ensuring Covid-19 guidelines are adhered to.
  • Monitoring numbers at events.

Skills required:

  • Good communication skills.
  • Interest in art desirable, but no necessary.
  • Intermediate level of English.

Time commitment:

  • September 24th-November 14th
  • Shifts are between 2-4 hours R
  • Required time 3 hours per fortnight (minimum 2 hours a week)

 

Training will be provided for this role. Informal interview over phone/Zoom.
