The Avalon Centre is a vibrant charity organisation in the heart of Sligo town. The organisation provides a diverse range of programmes and services to meet the needs of the local and wider community both young and old.

Is training provided?:Yes

Please note that Garda Vetting is required for this position which will be processed with you after you apply.

Tasks that the volunteer(s) will be expected to undertake:

Volunteers are welcome to join in and they can participate in:

  • Social Day Centre for Older People
  • Bright Minds School Age - Afterschool
