What is LIFT?
LIFT stands for ‘Leading Ireland’s Future Together’.
LIFT is a national movement empowering individuals to create positive change through conscious self-leadership.
It is an eight-part, group learning programme.
LIFT’s leadership learning process is based on eight key leadership values called for by the people of Ireland:
Listening, Positive Attitude, Respect, Competence, Dedication & Determination, Empathy & Understanding, Accountability, and Honesty & Integrity.
LIFT Participants are guided through a process to:
Register your interest in becoming a LIFT roundtable participant today and we will connect you to a trained facilitator.

Join roundtable sessions to explore and improve your leadership values
Benefits of Volunteering:
