Description

We’re looking for a creative and reliable volunteer to support the charity’s online presence. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys making engaging content, is confident with digital tools, and wants to help us share our message of mental wellbeing in the community. You’ll be supported with brand templates, an image bank, and clear guidance, we just need your flair and consistency.

Tasks that the volunteer(s) will be expected to undertake:

Duties / Expectations

  • Draft social media posts in Canva for Facebook & Instagram.
  • Create reels using supplied images from our Image Bank
  • Use existing brand templates for all content
  • Collaborate via Trello (tasks) and WhatsApp (voice notes)
  • Work comfortably in a remote setup using provided assets
  • Complete a short test task (sample post + reel) as part of onboarding

Details of time commitment needed for role:
Weekly Check-In: 1 hour online or in person at ATU, scheduled on Monday or Thursday (to be agreed with the volunteer). Independent Desk Work: Approximately 3 hours per week, to be completed at a time that suits your schedule.

Minimum time commitment per week:
4 hours p/week

Additional screening required for this role::
To make sure this role is a good fit for both of us: Applicants will be asked to submit a CV for initial review. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete a sample task (draft post and reel). Final stage is an online interview / chemistry call to explore fit, expectations, and how well we can work together.
