About Us:STEM South West Expo helps to spark interest, remove barriers, and illuminate the diverse and exciting futures STEM can offer.
Various roles are available for volunteers interested in helping to execute the vibrant, full-day event that brings together students, parents, educators, and industry leaders from across the South West to celebrate the power and possibilities of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Maths).

Tasks that the volunteer(s) will be expected to undertake:
1. Stewards (Morning and Afternoon)
Manage flow of people throughout each area and report if any areas becoming blocked or have safety concerns.
2. Lunch & Learn
Set up of area for approx 70 pax and keep tables clean during lunch.
3. School Activities (Treasure Hunt/STEM Games)
Support in delivery of STEM games and treasure hunt during AM School Sessions and afternoon public sessions
4. Survey Team
Support gathering survey responses during afternoon session.

Engage with the exciting promotion of STEM while developing skills such as event management, organisation, communication, and teamwork.
Details of time commitment needed for role:
Varies per role and volunteer availability; 2.5 hours to whole day on the 20th November.
