NFL Dublin Game is Sunday September 28th at 3.30 in Croke Park, Dublin. Volunteers have the opportunity to part of the special event.

The NFL is looking for volunteers to participate in this season’s Dublin Game Teammate Programme. The programme provides sports fans, students, and the local community with the opportunity to gain experience working as a “NFL Teammate” throughout the week and on Gameday in a variety of key positions for the League. Roles include operating field goal kick activations at NFL Experience, providing stadium wayfinding to arriving fans and media from across the world to Croke Park, supporting VIP pregame hospitality events, answering questions in the fan services booths, and more!

Tasks that the volunteer(s) will be expected to undertake:

1 hour virtual training 2 in-person training sessions Volunteering on Gameday. 

• WAYFINDING & FAN SERVICES – ONSITE & AROUND STADIUM: General wayfinding for the stadium campus and engaging with fans as they arrive and prepare for screening and ticket scanning. Focus on bag policy, entrances, bag drop, security process & wayfinding. Volunteer in locations of frequent fan questions near fan services booths, merchandise locations, pre-game field access locations and other points of interest and fan interaction
• NFL EXPERIENCE – OFFSITE POSITION, GAME WEEK: Interacting and engaging with fans at various fan activations, including supporting the field goal kick activation, constantly on feet, moving/bending Efficiently managing queue lines, helping manage the end of the line as it exceeds the formal queue space, engaging and interacting with fans Taking photos of fans using fan mobile devices/cameras, assisting fans with registration of the NFL OnePass App, scanning OnePass QR codes for waiver verification/exhibit check ins with provided devices.
• HOSPITALITY EVENTS – OFFSITE POSITION, GAMEDAY: Support the Pittsburgh Steelers & Minnesota Vikings pregame hospitality receptions. Each team will have an event leading up to the game at an offsite location. Teammates will welcome guests, handout giveaways, wayfinding to the party / toward stadium, and management of queue lines.

Details of time commitment needed for role:
Availability to attend the training and the GameDay event.

Minimum time commitment per week:
6 hours p/week
