About Us:Volunteering for the Executive and Council
As part of the Postgraduate Students’ Union (PSU) Executive and Council at the University of Limerick, volunteers play an active role in representing and supporting UL’s postgraduate community. Executive and Council members collaborate on initiatives that enhance student life, promote inclusivity, and strengthen engagement between postgraduate students and the university.
Volunteers contribute by:
Representing the interests and concerns of postgraduate students within UL.
Assisting in planning and running PSU events, campaigns, and workshops.
Promoting student wellbeing, inclusion, and academic success.
Acting as a bridge between postgraduates, the PSU, and university departments.
Encouraging participation in campus life through clubs, societies, and volunteering.
This role helps develop leadership, communication, and project management skills while making a tangible impact on the postgraduate experience at UL
