About Us:At Croí, our aim is to lead the fight against heart disease and stroke, with a particular focus on the West of Ireland.
Our mission is to prevent disease, save lives and promote recovery & wellbeing.
The majority of our work is funded by fundraising events, voluntary contributions and philanthropy. We are deeply grateful for the support and endorsement of our donors, supporters and volunteers who give so generously of their time and resources.
This volunteer opportunity is to support our Exercise Classes.
Tasks that the volunteer(s) will be expected to undertake:
Our term of exercise classes starts on Monday 1st September.
Ideally, we would need students who have experience working with cardiac and stroke populations.
Volunteers are welcome to support with taking heart rates pre, during and post class with the exercise specialists. Volunteers will not need to run the classes, just support!
The weeks we'd need support would be from week commencing Monday 1st September until Friday 19th September.

Details of time commitment needed for role:
We would need volunteer support on:
Tuesdays 09:30am - 1:30pm
Wednesdays 9am - 10:45am
Thursdays 09:30am - 1:45pm
Fridays 10am - 12:45pm
Minimum time commitment per week:
2 hours p/week
