14. Linking to the Site
14.1. You may link to our Site via the home page, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it, but you must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists. 14.2. You agree to fully indemnify IUA and the applicable Participating Institution for any loss of damage suffered by it for breach of this Section 14. We reserve the right to withdraw linking permission without notice.
15. Links from the Site
15.1. Where the Site contains links to other websites and resources provided by third parties, these links are provided for your information only. We have no control over the contents of those websites or resources, and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them. If you do decide to access any of these third party websites you do so entirely at your own risk.
16. Our liability
16.1. The material displayed on the Site is provided without any guarantees, conditions or warranties as to its accuracy.
16.2. To the extent permitted by law, we, and third parties connected to us hereby expressly exclude:

17. Account Information
17.1. It is up to you to review and amend your data and profile information regularly (e.g. student number, email address, year of study, mobile phone number etc.). You can update your details on your profile page. It is also important that you delete your profile or account (or notify a local coordinator to delete your profile on your behalf) once you are no longer a student of a Participating Institution or otherwise no longer meet one of the eligibility criteria set out in Section 4. 18.1. If we fail to insist upon strict performance of any of our obligations under any of these Terms, or if we fail to exercise any of the rights or remedies to which we are entitled under these Terms, this shall not constitute a waiver of such rights or remedies and shall not relieve you from compliance with such obligations. A waiver by us of any default shall not constitute a waiver of any subsequent default. No waiver by us of any of your obligations under these Terms shall be effective unless it is expressly stated to be a waiver and is communicated to you in writing.
19. Jurisdiction and applicable law
19.1. The Irish courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising from, or related to, a visit to the Site although we retain the right to bring proceedings against you for breach of these conditions in your country of residence or any other relevant country.
