Communications and Fundraising Volunteer – Role Specification
Doras has a vacancy for someone looking to volunteer in our Communications department. The volunteer will work alongside the Communications Lead on selected comms activities, such as designing graphs and making videos for social media, conducting research for events and social media posts, and providing support to fundraising events (from conception to delivery).
Person specification:
The ideal candidate will be creative and have the ability to think of innovative ideas for events and communications; have initiative and be curious, not afraid to asks questions, learn and go beyond the task at hand; committed to human rights and equality, and passionate about the work of Doras.
Time commitment
Training will be provided.
Garda Vetting is a requirement for this role.

Details of time commitment needed for role:
1 or 2 mornings or afternoons, ideally Monday and/or Wednesday (or both) but these days are not obligatory
Minimum time commitment per week:
3 hours p/week
