Volunteers support the smooth running of the conference throughout the day.
The Conference: 2025 International Health Promoting Campuses Conference
is a global conference hosted at UL! Delegates will be attending from across the globe to engage with how we can all collaborate to centre health and wellbing at our universities for all to thrive!
This global event will bring together experts and policymakers to explore strategies for healthier campus environments.
Is training provided?: Yes
Tasks that the volunteer(s) will be expected to undertake:
This includes supporting Registration/welcome/ information desk.
Supporting break out rooms and assisting with set-up and clean-up.
Volunteers experience large scale event and its management and should be proactive in helping as duties arise.
Details of time commitment needed for role:
Volunteers are welcome to be Ambassadors for the full duration of the conference or for one day.
