Programme Aim and Content

CreateHER is a pre-accelerator start-up programme for female students to develop their entrepreneurial skills, mindset and leadership for personal and professional growth.

Unique Programme Features:

As part of the programme students will complete two novel modules specific to this programme –

  • Network IQ training -measures networking skills and provides practical tools and techniques to improve networking skills
  • 'Safe Uncertainty' training which explores the notion of uncertainty, how to engage and embrace uncertainty and provides students with enabling strategies to understand and positively address uncertainty for positive outcomes.
  • Career Close-Ups: Short, intensive immersive experiences with local enterprises, supporting students to explore learned concepts in real-world settings
  • Mentoring – students will have access to mentors to guide developing entrepreneurial ideas
