Each year, to coincide with International Mental Health Day, Limerick Mental Health association organises and runs a very successful week of activities, talks and events to promote positive mental health in the community. The theme of this week's events are Body, Mind and Social.

We are looking for people to asssit with three events, namely the opening and closing days and the choral concert. The opening day will take place at the Limerick Milk Market on Sunday 8th and is a day long event. There will be a series of activities taking place, holistic, wellness, social, dance and music along with guests speakers to name a few. We will need help with the set up at the Milk Market and will require people from 9.30am.

The Choral concert will take place at the historic St Mary's Cathedral featuring the Limerick Choral Union. We will require people there at 7pm

The closing day is on Saturday 14th October on Bedford Row, Limerick. It will consist of a series of information stands for various community agencies. We will need help in setting up the stands and informing members of the public about the stands and agencies. We will need people from 11.30AM  for this event.

Is training provided?: Yes

Please note that Garda Vetting is required for this position which will be processed with you after you apply.

To assist us to the smooth running the events.
