Description

Join Down Syndrome Dublin for an exciting fundraising event at Whiskey Live Dublin, Ireland’s premier whiskey tasting festival held at the RDS. Volunteers will help raise vital funds to support our work by selling raffle tickets, engaging with event attendees, and distributing prizes to winners throughout the day.

This is a fun, fast-paced, and social volunteering role—perfect for anyone who enjoys meeting people and making a real difference. You’ll be representing Down Syndrome Dublin, helping us continue to provide essential support, inclusion, and advocacy for individuals with Down syndrome and their families.

Tasks that the volunteer(s) will be expected to undertake:

What’s involved:

 • Selling raffle tickets to event attendees

 • Promoting awareness of Down Syndrome Dublin

 • Assisting with prize draws and announcements

 • Providing a friendly, professional presence at the stand

Skills needed:

 • Good communication and teamwork

 • A positive, approachable attitude

 • Reliability and enthusiasm

Details of time commitment needed for role:
June 5th 1:30pm-5pm, June 5th 6pm-9pm, June 6th 12:30-4pm, June 6th 5pm-8:30pm
