Description

Community Connect is a registered charity in the Republic of Ireland, which supports pregnant women and new parents in a practical and tangible way. Many new parents in Ireland, and women experiencing unexpected pregnancies, struggle with the nagging question: how will I provide for my baby? Community Connect exists to help answer this question with practical, material supports so that mums and parents feel more secure and supported in bringing their baby into the world.

Our main activities are sorting donations and packing up clothes, nappies and essentials and organizing buggies and cots for the families we are delivering to that week. We help up to 20 families across Ireland each week and need optimistic volunteers to help us prepare mama and baby items. We operate as a practical support hub where parents in need can access items like pre-loved clothes, nappies and wipes, blankets and baby towels, pre-loved buggies, cots and other practical aids.

Our aim is to help new parents who are in need. If you would like to make a real difference for families in need and have some fun in the process, please get in touch with us!!!
