About Us:Working with young people in Cork via education, music, sports, and more.
We run a homework support group with young people locally on the Northside. We aim to provide a safe space for young people to do their homework, and if they dont have any, encourage activites where learning occurs. Promote a positive view of school and education.
We are looking for a person to sit with young people and help them do homework, read, write, cook, play games etc.
Is training provided?:Yes
Please note that Garda Vetting is required for this position which will be processed with you after you apply.
Tasks that the volunteer(s) will be expected to undertake:
Accompany young people whilst they study or do their homework.
Help out with homework and school tasks where needed.
Read, write, cook, or play games to promote learning through fun activities.
Promote a positive view of education and learning.

Minimum time commitment per week:
