We’re excited to share that Aphasia Ireland is looking for volunteers!

Aphasia is an acquired language difficulty that affects a person's ability to understand and/or use words, sentences and conversation. Aphasia is a complex condition and it affects people in very different ways. Aphasia can be different for everyone.

Aphasia can result in very mild to very severe communication difficulties, and it does not affect a person’s intelligence.

We’re currently recruiting for:

HR Assistant 

No experience needed — this is open to all students who want to make a meaningful impact

Tasks that the volunteer(s) will be expected to undertake:

• Manage emails to maintain proper communications within and outside the organisation.
• Attend occasional meetings and give suggestions wherever required.
• May have an opportunity to engage more deeply as and when required.

Details of time commitment needed for role:
Flexible but approx 2 hours per week

Minimum time commitment per week:
