Requirements:current UL students pref postgraduate
Assist our 6 Lining up ushers with the lining up of students for conferrings. Ushering students to designated areas and explaining the process involved. All training will be provided.
Is training provided?: Yes
Minimum time commitment per week:
3 hour p/week
Additional screening required for this role:
Conferring's take place 3 times per annum and in January (using 3 days) June (usually 1 day) and August (usually 5 days). The hours will be roughly 3/4 hours per day depending on number of students
