Yes Bernal works for researchers and post-grad students of the Bernal Institute to understand their people and the challenges that we face together. We will work with and support you at every stage of your career in Bernal Institute; empower your own effort to optimise your career. Providing a more personal and positive communal atmosphere.

The aim of the Yes Bernal is to move from being an individual contributor to being part of a highly interactive group, creating space to discuss and sharing experiences and providing support to researches initiatives. To equip you with the tools and skills you need to be an impactful and effective researcher capable of leading and developing research in a high performing environment.

Tasks that the volunteer(s) will be expected to undertake:

• Plan, organise and deliver events in a team environment 
• Host and chair events to boost personal development
• Highlight facilities and support provided by UL to students
• Share positive experiences and deliver these to the group
• Explore Bernal opportunities (International/National levels)

Details of time commitment needed for role:
Every Tuesday Afternoon ( 1h)

Minimum time commitment per week:
1 hour p/week

Must be part of the Yes Bernal Committee.
