About Us:Working with Young People in Cork via education, sports, music, arts, and more.
We run a weekly soccer and teen gym programme with young people from 'disadvantaged areas'. We would love somone who has knowledge and experience to help with these groups. A person who plays soccer and is into fitness could be a great help to the youth workers and a role model for the young people.
Is training provided?:Yes
Please note that Garda Vetting is required for this position which will be processed with you after you apply.
Tasks that the volunteer(s) will be expected to undertake:
Assist in the organisation and execution of soccer-, sport-, and fitness-related activities for young people and the Teen Gym and/or Soccer Group.
Help CDYS youth workers as well as providing a friendly face and role model for the young people involved.

2 hours p/week
Additional screening required for this role::
CV & Garda Vetting needed and an induction to CDYS safeguarding. All can be organised when we meet.
