Requirements:Able to work well with others.
As the active growing season has begun, we will be working in the Georgian Quarter to weed the steps of these beautiful, historic buildings! Limerick City Tidy Towns, our partner, always appreciates our "before & after" pics of the steps. Weeding makes a huge difference!
We’ll meet at The Life Centre at 9 am and then head to the weeding in the Georgian Quarter. STC Limerick will provide all necessary equipment. After about 1-1.5 hours of work, we’ll gather at a local café to enjoy coffee or tea to relax, meet, connect, and share ideas with fellow volunteers (please bring some money). It’s a wonderful chance to get to know the other volunteers, hope you can stay!

Tasks that the volunteer(s) will be expected to undertake:
Volunteers will be weeding the steps of the Georgian Quarter.
Skills required for this role:
No special skills required. Get along with others, participate in whatever capacity they are able to.
Details of time commitment needed for role:
One Saturday morning from 9-11am.
Minimum time commitment per week:
2 hour p/week
