Description

Enactus UL is part of the larger Enactus Ireland network. It is a university programme that encourages students to engage in social entrepreneurial activity. It involves using the skills and knowledge that has been built up in University and applying it to problems in the local community. It gives you the opportunity to make a difference in the world.

The Enactus organisation is supported by a list of Company partners such as KPMG, Citi, Aer Lingus, Unilever, Bank of Ireland and more! There are LOADS of opportunities and events that you can take part in to network with people from all the partner companies.

Each year there is a National Competition. The winners of this get to represent Ireland at the Enactus World Cup. Whether win or lose, a couple students from each University get to attend the World Cup as the Irish Supporting Team. Enactus UL students have travelled to Mexico, Beijing and London thanks to being involved with the organisation. In May 2021, Enactus UL won at National Competition for the first time and we proudly represented Ireland at the World Cup in October 2021!

If you are interested in building your skill sets, putting in a little work and making a difference during your time at University, then Enactus is the organisation for you to get involved in!

We meet every Tuesday at 6pm in KB114 (Kemmy Business School). Join our society on UL wolves to become a member and stay up to date on all our events!
