Managing and executing an organisation's online presence and engagement across various social media platforms, and helping spread awareness about Aphasia’s main goals and objectives.
This is a 100% volunteer position, conducted online only through Zoom. No need to travel anywhere in person!
PLEASE NOTE: One of the rules and regulations of Aphasia Ireland is that any volunteer asking for a reference is obliged to reside in Ireland and to commit for a minimum of 3 months with an 85% meeting attendance and performance rate.

Tasks that the volunteer(s) will be expected to undertake:
Develop engaging and relevant content, including text, images, videos, and graphics, tailored to each social media platform.
Maintain a consistent online presence, and foster a positive and interactive online community.
Plan and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and contests to increase brand visibility and engagement.
Help spreading awareness about the term aphasia, and the organisation’s main goals and objectives.
Any other related duties required by the needs of the team or the organisation.
Skills required for this role:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong knowledge of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) and their unique features.
Basic graphic design skills to create visually appealing posts and assets.
A strong team player.
Organised and detail oriented, and self-motivated.

Minimum 3 hours per week.
