Join in Glassary - we give household items a second life! Volunteers get involved in the sorting party and the donation to local Galway charities of student donations upon leaving their campus accomodation.

Tasks that the volunteer(s) will be expected to undertake:
Meeting at Student Accomodation to support organisation of donations
Meeting Charities and supporting connections
A sorting party is a great fun event at the student accomodation centres where volunteers blast music and get their hands full of great donations! We make categories like: kitchen, bathroom, laundry, etc. to assist local charities to get the supplies they need in an organised, timely way.
Skills required for this role:
Volunteers can join in the planning and preperation meetings. Great way to build your event management skills!
Details of time commitment needed for role:
Project preparation is in March and the Project Sorting Party is in May.
Minimum time commitment per week:
1 hour p/week
