Our facilitators will be available at the lunchtime drop-in roundtable sessions in Grangegorman - dates and venues below.
NO Preparation is required.
It's a great opportunity to explore some of the LIFT leadership themes over tea, coffee and a sandwich each week with no added expectations.
If the times, venues below do not suit that is no problem.

LIFT stands for ‘Leading Ireland’s Future Together’.
LIFT is a national movement empowering individuals to create positive change through conscious self-leadership. LIFT works in hugely impressive range of corporate, educational, public sector partners including TU Dublin.
LIFT is an eight-part, group learning programme. LIFT’s leadership learning process is based on eight key leadership values;
Listening, Positive Attitude, Respect, Competence, Dedication & Determination, Empathy & Understanding, Accountability, and Honesty & Integrity.

Tasks that the volunteer(s) will be expected to undertake:
No experience necessary
Just turn up, find a LIFT Facilitator and join in the conversations which take approx 40 - 45mins.
Skills required for this role:
Openness to learning and developing your leadership values.
Minimum time commitment per week:
1 hour p/week
