About Us:Ballina Community Games promotes participation in sport, culture, and community activities among children and young people in Ballina




Description

We are seeking volunteers to take on the coaching of community games teams for the following sportsĀ 

Rugby 7's, Futsal, Indoor Soccer, Basketball, Draughts, Chess, Camogie, Hurling, GAA football, Soccer Outdoor, Soccer 7 as side (girls), Rounders, Skittles, Tag Rugby and Throwball Rounders.

Is training provided?:Yes

Please note that Garda Vetting is required for this position which will be processed with you after you apply.

Tasks that the volunteer(s) will be expected to undertake:

Player Evaluation and Selection

Training and tactics

Fundraising

Free training in safeguarding and coaching of kids.

Details of time commitment needed for role:
Saturdays and Sundays.

Minimum time commitment per week:
2 hours p/week

Additional screening required for this role::
Cv including currently studying in a sports related course.
