Seeking a Volunteer Social Media Content Creator – YouTube & TikTok platforms.
Do you love making scroll-stopping videos? Want your creativity to actually make a difference? SERVE is looking for a volunteer to help us create YouTube videos and TikTok reels that show the heart of volunteering.

You’ll get to: Craft fun, engaging, shareable content that tells the SERVE story. Highlight volunteer projects, experiences, and impact around the world. Experiment with trends, music, effects, and storytelling. Build your portfolio while making a real-world impact.

Apply if you are: Comfortable creating and editing short-form video content. Creative, energetic, and can work independently. Excited to make volunteering look as epic as it is.

Tasks that the volunteer(s) will be expected to undertake:

Tasks for Volunteer Social Media Content Creator (YouTube & TikTok)

Video Creation & Editing; Film short-form and long-form video content showcasing volunteer projects. Edit footage into engaging YouTube videos and TikTok reels with music, captions, effects, and transitions.

Content Planning & Strategy; Brainstorm and pitch creative video ideas aligned with SERVE’s mission. Plan and maintain a content calendar for social media posts.Track trends and suggest ideas for viral or highly shareable content.

Storytelling & Branding; Highlight volunteer experiences and project impacts through storytelling. Ensure all content aligns with SERVE’s branding, tone, and messaging. Collaboration & Communication. Work with the SERVE team to gather stories, interviews, and visuals. Coordinate with volunteers on-site to capture authentic moments. Give and receive feedback to refine content and improve engagement.

Social Media Management Support; Upload and schedule videos on YouTube and TikTok. Write captions, hashtags, and descriptions optimized for reach and engagement. Monitor performance metrics and suggest improvements based on analytics. Optional/Advanced Tasks: Create graphics, thumbnails, or animations for videos. Experiment with trends, challenges, and interactive content. Assist in live-streaming events or virtual volunteer experiences.
