Requirements:
Student 2 Student TU Dublin Peer Mentoring Programme is all about making the first-years feel welcome and at home on campus, with a little help from someone who's been there, done that, and got the t-shirt!
As a Peer Mentor, you will look after a group of first-year students in your faculty, helping them settle into university life.
You will meet with them a few times throught out the year, providing advice related to your course, as well as helping students settle into college life!

Tasks that the volunteer(s) will be expected to undertake:
- In person Training Day - May - 2025 TBC
- Refresher Training - August 2025 - TBC
- Main Orientation - Half Day
- 2 Peer Mentor Sessions in Semester 1 TBC
- 1 Peer Mentor Session in Semester 2 TBC
Skills required for this role:
- Common Sense
- A listening Ear
- Helping Attitude
Details of time commitment needed for role:
All Peer Mentor events take place during the college working day.
Minimum time commitment per week:
1 hour p/week
