Carlow Arts Festival
Requirements:We are looking for enthusiastic and committed help before, during and after the festival
The 40th @CarlowArts runs from 4th to the 9th of June 2019 and we need your help to ensure it is a success.
The Festival cannot happen without the help of a small army of volunteers who join in the festivities from the most interesting perspective - the inside.
Is training provided?: Yes
Tasks that the volunteer(s) will be expected to undertake:
Get involved with Carlow Arts Festival 6th-10th of June. Help out in a variety of ways throughout the festival such as ushering at performances, invigilating exhibitions, providing info, running messages, handing out leaflets and more, supervising childrens' areas. Festival volunteers will attend a briefing meeting where roles and duties will be allocated.
Skills required for this role:
Flexibility, adaptability, team-working. Interest in the arts, music, literature would be welcome.
Details of time commitment needed for role:
Mornings, evenings and afternoons
Minimum time commitment per week:
1 hour p/week
