ALIVE Takeover on FLIRT FM

On April 16th 2021, the ALIVE Team collaborated with FLIRT FM to highlight all of the amazing projects and volunteering opportunities that students have undertaken so far this semester!

The show allowed for our two lovely Interns in ALIVE this semester, Rachel and Lucy, to share what they have been taking part in this semester and share upcoming projects they were going to be taking part in! 

We spoke to a lot of amazing students during the takeover and throughout the semester, some of these amazing students included: 

• Kirsty Moran- Washington Ireland Program (WIP) and Gaisce!
• Sinead Leahy and Bogdan Baturov- Climathon 2021!
• Dara Kerins- Glassary!
• Jack Scouler and Peter Devenney- 2nd Year Civil Engineering Students on their engagement with the National Park City initiative through a service-learning module!
• Hannah Aris- National Park City Champion!

Well done to all students who have contributed to the campus or wider community this semester. Keep up all of your fantastic work! Special thanks to Heather at FLIRT FM for hosting the show, it was such a great experience for our entire team!
