The concept of the Pure Magic Battle for the Bay Water Sports Festival is very simple: Wind, Water…and Fun!!! The best riders in the country and from around the globe will come and compete in one of the best kitesurfing spots in the world: Dollymount Beach.
Everyone is welcome to join this amazing celebration of Irish Kitesurfing, SUPing and Dublin style beach fun.
We are now recruiting Event Volunteers for both Saturday 25th and Sunday 26th of May 2019.
Is training provided?: Yes
Tasks that the volunteer(s) will be expected to undertake:
Event volunteer roles will include: Welcoming and assisting with directions/parking (off the beach), General Ambassador roles on the beach gives information, Practising Leave No Trace and supporting the cleaning team in keeping the beach clean, Alerting the security team for any concerns or issues our team may have.
Skills required for this role:
WIllingness to engage with the general public and to promote the principles of Leave No Trace.
Details of time commitment needed for role:
You can volunteer on the Saturday or Sunday of the event.
Minimum time commitment per week:
6 hour p/week
