PMTC is a Pharmaceutical Research Centre based in UL. Our Knowledge day is an annual event, and is a large conference where leaders of Pharmaceutical manufacturing sector in Ireland gather to learn, and network with their peers. The event provides a showcase for the cutting-edge research supported by the centre with keynote addresses from industry thought leaders who shared their vision of the future for the pharmaceutical sector. It has a large industry attendance and a researchers. The event itself is taking place on Thursday 30 May (full day from 08h00) and I would be looking for approx 8 volunteers for the day.
And would also welcome volunteers the week of 27 May to assist with the Delegates Pack & Promo Material. And volunteers for Wednesday 29 May for set-up.
If sounds like something you'd like to be involved in, I'd love to hear from you. It is an excellent opportunity to see how a small research centre can interact with large multinationals and small business and watch Event Management in full flow.

Is training provided?: Yes
Tasks that the volunteer(s) will be expected to undertake:
Assist with preparation for event
Assist with Delegate registration and delegate pack
Assist with event set up
Assist with tidy up after event finishes
Skills required for this role:
Available on the day of Thursday 30 May from 08h00
Available for a couple of hours the week of 27 May and available 29 May for set up.
Minimum time commitment per week:
10 hour p/week
