Description

Change starts with an idea!

In a world where we see conflicts and crises unfolding before our eyes, it’s easy to feel discouraged and powerless. But the truth is that we all have the potential to make a positive impact in our communities and beyond. We all have the power to become changemakers. By embracing this concept of being a changemaker, you too can tap into this powerful force for transformation and progress.

If you feel called to make a positive impact; if you have an idea to bring about change, but don’t know where to start; if you have a project or initiative that you want to take to the next level in a supportive and welcoming environment…

Then the Ideas Collective is for you!

The Ideas Collective is STAND’s summer boot camp for changemakers. Over the course of three weekends, we take students and recent graduates on a process of training, collaboration and reflection to develop impactful action projects for social and environmental change. It is the perfect space to explore and implement your hopes, ideas and your current projects for positive change.

  • Interested in global justice issues and in creating a more equal and sustainable world
  • Looking to start or develop a social or environmental project, and in search of support and guidance to do so
  • Ready to step out of your comfort zone and be challenged

You May Be...
