Looking for a flexible opportunity to complete your UL PVA hours?

UL’s Quality Support Unit (part of the Office of the Provost/Deputy President) is currently recruiting UL Student Survey Ambassadors.

As a UL Student Survey Ambassador, you will play a key role in the marketing and promotion of UL’s 2024 Student Satisfaction Survey.

You will engage with students across all UL faculties, encouraging them to take this opportunity to reflect on their time at UL and give meaningful commentary and feedback on their unique student experiences.

You'll collaborate with other volunteers, meeting new people and making a positive impact on your university and its students.

The (anonymised) feedback informs improvements in the student experience, assisting UL in investing resources in areas identified as most in need.

Tasks that the volunteer(s) will be expected to undertake:

  • Pre-survey promotion of the 2024 survey across campus; distributing hard copy material across all faculties and confirming digital displays with faculty contacts.
  • Proactively engage with students at various campus locations to promote survey completion.
  • Support any UL faculty presenting/promoting survey to class groups.
  • Contribute to our social media promotion by taking part in short videos/photos (prize draws etc.)
  • Assist with four weekly draws for eligible students with surveys completed.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good time management
  • Enthusiasm and team focus
  • Interest in marketing & promotion

Details of time commitment needed for role:
Any weekday between Mon 8th April and Wed 8th May (hours can vary according to your availability)

Minimum time commitment per week:
1 hour p/week
