TU Dublin is very proud to continue our tradition to support Darkness Into Light again this year.

Don't worry if you missed the Early Bird; you can still sign up here:

Mental health and wellbeing are at the top of our agenda at the moment, and the TU Dublin community wish to do all we can to support Pieta House and their fundraising efforts at this time. And while we cannot gather together this year at our usual Darkness into Light Grangegorman venue, we are creating a virtual community to show solidarity and spread the message of hope.

You can be part of our TU Dublin community effort by supporting Pieta House Darkness Into Light 2021 in many ways.

There are a number of options when you visit our Darkness into Light webpage:

1. Sign up to join our fundraising effort, set a challenge and set a target - more info below*
2. Walk at Sunrise on 8th May & send us a picture 😊 tagging us TU Dublin on Instagram and Facebook #TUDublinDarknessIntoLight

After you've signed up for the Sunrise walk or Challenge:

We would love you to send a photo or send a short video (up to one minute) to help us support the campaign - sending it to Claire: Please contact Claire for any further information and support.

Anyone can do the Sunrise walk on 8th May (sunrise is 5.36am) and take a picture and send it to us or post it on Instagram @tudublinvolunteering and tag us and use hashtag #TUDublinDIL

Traditionally the walk is 5km; if you would like to map out and share your route with us - please do!

Remember, when you support Darkness Into Light in whatever way you can, you are not just helping to raise awareness of suicide and self-harm. You are helping to save lives.
