For twelve months from May 2022, University of Limerick will celebrate the fiftieth anniversary of its establishment in 1972. We are marking this occasion with a series of events from that remember our past and anticipate the future. This period is an opportunity to articulate the University’s strengths in research and learning, to highlight what our staff, students and alumni have achieved and to consider what the University might aspire to in the next fifty years.

Tasks that the volunteer(s) will be expected to undertake:
Be part of UL 50 events Opening ceremony, Christmas Events, Convocation, work as part of a team to set up events, venue control, meet and greet, ensure health and safety is adhered to.

Details of time commitment needed for role:
Events will take place throughout the year so we can work around your availability.
Minimum time commitment per week:
3 hour p/week
Additional screening required for this role:
Informal interviews will be held to have a chat about availability and a chat around what events volunteers are available for.
