We are running the public health research project UniCoV where study participants need to collect packs of testing materials. To date, many volunteers are not completing the tests accurately or regularly, and are not dropping their samples back in accordance with the instructions.
We are in need of volunteers to situate themselves at the test pack collection points, register the IDs of those collecting their packs, provide guidance about the study and answer any questions the participants may have.
Is training provided?: Yes
Tasks that the volunteer(s) will be expected to undertake:
Be friendly and approachable.
Take questions, seek answers, contact other team members if answers are not readily available.
Record the participant IDs of those collecting test packs,
Skills required for this role:
Reliable, organised, resourceful in seeking answers and following up.
Details of time commitment needed for role:
Two-hour blocks of time. Thursdays.
Minimum time commitment per week:
2 hour p/week
