Requirements:TEFL certification is desirable
As you are aware there are Ukrainian nationals who have been displaced from their country due to the war and are now currently residing in the Limerick area. We, at Unijobs have become involved with a number of other organisations in an effort to assist this community.
Currently, we are trying to source employment opportunities for the 120 Limerick-based Ukrainian nationals who are on the Unijobs database. One of the main barriers within this group is the level of spoken and written English.
We are now seeking volunteers who will offer English classes as a way of alleviating this challenge. The English classes will be held in the Unijobs office or hotels all located within Limerick city.
Ideally, we would like individuals who hold a TEFL certification or a teaching background to apply.
