Requirements:Open to be Garda Vetted and to avail of some courses provided FOC
Limerick City Water Safety are always looking for instructors to teach the skills of lifesaving. Minimum requirements are a good swimming ability, have previous lifesaving experience and a willingness to learn. Two terms run from Sept to Dec and Jan to May each year, Wednesday nights from 8pm to 10pm in UL sport swimming pool.

Please note that Garda Vetting is required for this position.
Tasks that the volunteer(s) will be expected to undertake:
Teach Lifesaving classes if already qualified
Assist teacher if not qualified but willing to learn
Skills required for this role:
Good communication skills,
Outgoing and personable.
Details of time commitment needed for role:
Wednesday evenings from 8pm to 10pm in UL Pool
Minimum time commitment per week:
2 hour p/week
