Description

We are hosting the World Archery Youth championship at the University of Limerick. 

Set up will be from the 27th of June to the 1st of July 

The event will run from the 1st of July to the 9th July 

With takedown on the 10th of July 

We are looking for outgoing bubbly people to help in all roles, which range from 

Finals areas Crew
Vip area Crew
Qualifying area Crew
Access control Crew
Welcome Crew
Team assistance 

It is expected 800 athletes at this event from all over the world. 

We are keen to showcase how friendly and welcoming Ireland is. 

Is training provided?: Yes

Tasks that the volunteer(s) will be expected to undertake:

The tasks range 
Access control

Checking tickets 

Handing out score cards and other field crew requirements 

Helping with ensure people are in the right place for tv production

Answer questions 

Water stations

Details of time commitment needed for role:
Each day approx 8.30am to 4/5pm

Minimum time commitment per week:
10+ hour p/week
