Requirements:Interest in the areas of substance use & gambling
The Healthy UL substance use & gambling support service is a new UL service. The volunteering opportunity will include supporting the service with ongoing awareness campaigns and events during the academic semesters. This will primarily involve the areas of substance use and gambling, but can also extend to other areas that covered by Healthy UL. This will include supporting social media and on-campus campaigns and events, and raising awareness/promoting the new service to students. Other roles may also develop during the academic year as required.
The volunteer will be offered opportunities for free training available in the relevant areas provided by UL and external organisations. Training offers a Certificate of Attendance.

Details of time commitment needed for role:
Depends on ongoing events and campaigns. There are no weekly set days/hours.
Minimum time commitment per week:
1 hour p/week
